Job Responsibilities- Develop, implement and maintain the RADA USA supplier quality program and system.
- Translate customer, contract and/or internal requirements into supplier quality plans, inclusive of inspection strategies and verification activities.
- Work independently to manage supplier quality activities and provide technical guidance and training to suppliers.
- Lead resolution of supplier quality issues by coordinating disposition of supplier nonconformances. This includes evaluation of non‑conformance material, support of waiver/deviation request, and partnering with engineering and program teams for approval.
- Drive supplier quality excellence by analyzing performance metrics (defect trends, escapes, audit results, and corrective‑action timeliness) and leading root cause investigations and SCAR/Supplier CAR corrective actions to verify, on‑time closure.
- Review and approve supplier quality documentation (e.g. inspection records, FAIR packages, test reports, special process certifications), ensure appropriate flow‑down of requirements and provide input to ensure that appropriate quality requirements are addressed.
- Provide ongoing quality system support, including updating supplier quality SOPs, conducting supplier audits and ensuring implementation of supplier corrective actions.
- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and failure reviews board as they relate to supplier provided material and processes.
- Communicate clearly (written and oral) with suppliers and other company personnel as required.
- Evaluate and make recommendations on critical supplier selections and drive supplier continuous improvement processes, including leading supplier assessments, on‑site audits, evaluating prototypes, and reviewing and approving supplier corrective actions.
- Develop and generate statistical reports on supplier processes, acceptance results, test outcomes and trend analysis, recommending actions as required.
- Attend appropriate customer, business or program meetings as needed, providing status, risks and recovery plans for supplier quality issues.
- Provide regular reporting of progress and status to programs, quality, production and engineering leadership.
- Consider cost/schedule impacts of supplier quality controls, inspection plans and containment activities while maintaining compliance and risk‑based decision making.
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Competent technical expertise and application domain knowledge
- Experienced with ISO Standards, Six Sigma tools, statistics

- ASQ certification or Black Belt preferred
- Ability to understand military specifications and to read blueprints
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and writing skills
- Ability to define problems and drive to root cause and effective corrective action
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
The salary range for this position is $83,552/year - $119,479/year. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to:
