Wir suchen für unser Kunden Krankenhaus in einer der mittleren Regionen Deutschlands Oberarzt (m/w/d) für Innere Medizin/Kardiologie. Das Krankenhaus liegt in einer schönen Kurstadt in einer der schönsten Regionen Deutschlands das einen hohen Freizeitwert hat. Alle weiterführenden Schulen befinden sich am Ort, der auch über ein attraktives Immobilienangebot verfügt. Das Krankenhaus ist in öffentlicher Trägerschaft, und ist ein Haus der Grund- und Regelversorgung mit 190 Planbetten. In sechs Fachabteilungen werden jährlich 6.500 stationäre Patienten versorgt. Dieses Krankenhaus garantiert die Akutversorgung der Bevölkerung in der Urlaubsregion.
Positionsanforderungen:
• Erfahrung als Facharzt für Innere Medizin mit der Schwerpunktbezeichnung Kardiologie;
• Eine breite internistische Erfahrung, speziell in den Methoden der nichtinvasiven Kardiologie;
• Motivation für Weiterentwicklung des kardiologischen Schwerpunktes in eigenem Team;
• Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke, und Fähigkeit die notwendige Fürsorge für den Umgang mit den Patienten mitzubringen;
• EU Medizinstudien und Diplom im gesuchten Fachbereich (zertifiziert und ins Deutsche übersetzt);
• Fließend Deutsch (Zertifikat der Deutschkenntnisse, Stufe B2);
• Lokale Registrierung oder Bereitschaft sich sofort zu registrieren wenn man ein Arbeitsangebot erhalten hat.
Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:
• Leitung eines Teams aus fachlichen, qualitäts- und organisatorischen Aspekten;
• Weiterentwicklung des kardiologischen Schwerpunktes des Teams;
• Weitere Verstärkung des Teamgeistes mit guter Kommunikation;
• Sicherstellung der notwendigen Fürsorge im Umgang mit den Patienten;
• Beurteilung, Diagnose, Planung, Umsetzung und Bewertung von Behandlungen der Patienten;
• Dokumentierung aller Behandlungen in einer Weise die den Richtlinien und Normen entspricht;
• Sicherstellung dass Behandlungen in einer Weise, die die Sicherheit und das Wohlergehen der Patienten priorisiert durchgeführt werden;
• Durchführung und Überwachung der Behandlungen;
• Nach Bedarf Beurteilung der Patienten bei ihrer Aufnahme und Entlassung aus dem Krankenhaus und ausführliche Berichte erstatten über den Fall den Richtlinien entsprechend;
• Anforderung und Interpretierung von Diagnosetests.
