Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, Benefits Advisor located in greater Tacoma, WA area. The Benefits Advisor will assist clients in understanding and choosing the best insurance and benefits options for their needs. Daily responsibilities include educating employees about Aflac's product offerings, assisting with enrollment, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The Benefits Advisor will also engage in sales activities and conduct training sessions to promote Aflac's services effectively.
This is not a salaried position. Aflac sales agents earn commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock.

- Self‑motivated and goal‑focused with a passion for helping others
- Relevant experience in benefits or insurance is preferred, but not required
