Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (Monday–Friday, School Hours)
Pay: $18-20/hour (depending on assignment & experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
- Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
- Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
- Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

What You’ll Need:
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Para Pro Certification
- Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
- Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum – required)
- Inclination to work well in a team environment
- Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
