Position: Behavioral Health Para educator/Behavioral Class Aide - 26/27 School Year

Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (Monday–Friday, School Hours)

Pay: $18-20/hour (depending on assignment & experience)

Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
  • Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
  • Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
  • Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

What You’ll Need:

  • Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Para Pro Certification
  • Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
  • Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum – required)
  • Inclination to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
