Seasonal Maintenance Technician - Bison Ranch Resort

Compensation

Starting at $16.50 per hour.

Swing shift including some weekends.

As a Maintenance Tech I, you will provide quality maintenance services to guests, ensuring units and buildings are in working order.

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Respond to service requests and perform repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform make‑ready unit maintenance.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Maintain exterior landscape, including emptying trash and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems, report deficiencies, and follow safety programs.

• Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.
