We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a newly established team based in Glasgow city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing function where you will play a key role in supporting internal recruitment and onboarding activities. Working closely with the recruitment team, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new starters while supporting the ongoing development and functionality of internal systems.
The RoleThe successful candidate will provide administrative support across a range of onboarding and recruitment-related activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the onboarding process for new team members
- Managing and responding to a busy shared inbox
- Coordinating documentation and administrative processes for new starters
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of internal systems and processes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding activities are completed on time
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
- Assisting with general administrative tasks across the wider team
- Supporting the team with process improvements and project work where required
- Previous experience within a fast-paced administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Enjoy working in a busy and changing environment
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
- Be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Have a positive and solution-focused attitude
- Hybrid working with 2 days from home
- Monday to Friday working pattern
