Our client, a well‑established, award‑winning architectural practice with multiple offices, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Glasgow office. This role is ideal for an ambitious technologist looking to advance their career, focusing on high‑quality residential projects while contributing to a diverse portfolio that includes bespoke residential, commercial offices, refurbishments, new builds, defence, and MOD projects, ranging in values from £5m to £120m+.

Lead and manage projects through the technical RIBA stages. Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, maintaining strong communication and design intent throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, with potential to mentor and lead junior staff. Contribute to projects across residential (flats and bespoke housing), commercial, education and defence sectors.

• Strong technical expertise and ability to deliver detailed packages through stages 3-5
• Good Revit knowledge
• Ability to lead the technical design
• Experience in residential, commercial and/or MOD projects is desirable
• Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
• Live within a commutable distance of Central Glasgow
• Clean driver’s licence
