AXA Health is looking for a passionate Nurse Case Manager to join our innovative, dynamic Clinical Team based in our Glasgow office on a full time, permanent basis. We know how important work/life balance is, so this role involves a mixture of home and office working.

Do you have sound clinical experience as an RGN in fast paced clinical environments such as A&E, HDU/ITU, Surgical receiving or medical wards? In this varied and rewarding Nurse Case Manager role, you’ll manage complex cancer cases, working with the team and clinicians to arrange care for patients utilising both the NHS and private sector facilities.

Additionally, you will: ◦ Support all members and often their families and carers, liaising with them and offering a high quality and caring service ◦ Develop processes to minimise the impact on the member ◦ Use your nursing clinical knowledge and communication skills to determine solutions for patients, bespoke to their individual needs. ◦ Accurately record information related to all cases, including details of cost savings to ensure effective and exact reporting of results◦ Develop and maintain your nursing knowledge to provide consistently high-quality case management.

In this role, we are offering a salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience. Closing date for applications:

Experience:

◦ Current RGN / NMC nursing registration is essential◦ Up to date clinical nursing experience
