Benefits- Base compensation targeted at $125,000–$145,000 (DOE) + annual bonus

You’ll work closely with engineering teams while owning project execution—keeping timelines on track, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing customer expectations, and ensuring complex retrofit projects move efficiently from concept through deployment.
Location:
Glendale Heights, IL 60139. Onsite role. Occasional travel based on customer needs/project milestones.
- Lead customer‑driven systems integration and retrofit projects from concept through deployment
- Own project schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution timelines
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership teams
- Drive retrofit builds, testing, validation, and deployment readiness
- Serve as primary point of communication for project updates, risks, and customer expectations
- Identify execution bottlenecks and drive solutions quickly
- Improve internal project execution processes and accountability
- Experience leading technical projects in manufacturing, OEM equipment, automation, industrial systems, or fluid power environments
- Strong project ownership involving timelines, budgets, and customer deliverables
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Gantt charts, or similar project planning tools to manage complex technical project timelines
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Experience with integration projects, retrofits, installations, deployments, or customer‑specific engineered solutions
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and customers
