• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and families during stressful procedures and treatments.
• Works independently, self‑motivated, and takes direction from physicians and management.
• Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, immediate use sterilization policy and procedures.
• Proficient in English.
• Effective communication skills.

• Associate's of Nursing (required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (preferred)

Not Applicable

• 1+ year medical‑surgical experience (required)
• 1+ year surgery experience (preferred)

• Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) – preferred
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – required
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) – required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – preferred
• ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD) – preferred
