Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery through evidence-based practices and patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health promotion.
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification required.
- Must have at least one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable and able to adhere to scheduling requirements.
