This fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a billing professional who understands contracts, pricing structures and complex invoices. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, operations and accounting—ensuring every invoice aligns with contract terms, every discount is accurate and every dollar is accounted for.

• Prepare and generate complex invoices with multiple line items, discounts and contract‑specific pricing
• Manage contract‑based billing to ensure invoices align with agreed‑upon terms
• Reconcile data across ERP, CRM, job costing and inventory systems
• Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies
• Collaborate with sales, operations and accounting to maintain billing accuracy
• Maintain documentation and support audits and reporting needs

• 2+ years of experience in complex billing, contract billing or accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of contracts, pricing structures and multi‑component billing
• Comfort working in ERP/accounting systems and Excel
• Highly detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear, professional communication skills for internal teams and customers
• Ability to work fully onsite in Glenview, IL
