Position Responsibilities

* Partner with stakeholders and IT colleagues to understand business needs and develop technical solutions for complex projects.

* Design requirements to ensure consistent and quality solutions, including specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.

* Collaborate with a team of Solution Analysts, providing technical guidance to ensure strong performance.

* Review and document business processes, underlying systems, and applications to identify opportunities for improvement.

* Leverage Artificial Intelligence to help develop analysis, enhance workflow efficiency, and guide solutions across IT projects.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree.

* 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.

* Experience with Finance or Supply Chain modernization projects a plus.

* Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
