* ** Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst - Electrical & Electronics*
* ** plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for ITW. This position partners closely with the Electrical & Electronics Category Team and supports the Electromechanical Category to identify opportunities, drive cost optimization, and deliver measurable value across multiple ITW segments.*
* ** In this high-impact role, you will lead and support complex, cross-segment sourcing initiatives-leveraging shared supplier networks and data-driven insights to unlock sustainable savings and strategic advantage. You will be accountable for delivering key outcomes, including cost savings, sourcing strategy execution, and successful multi-segment sourcing events that create enterprise-wide impact.*
* ** This role requires strong self-management and ownership, with the ability to support negotiation strategies, apply advanced sourcing techniques such as value engineering, and assess supplier capabilities to drive performance improvements.*

* ** Support development and execution of global sourcing strategies*
* ** Drive supplier segmentation and consolidate spend with preferred suppliers*
* ** Where appropriate, protect ITW's long-term interest with formal contracts or agreements between ITW and its suppliers.*
