What you’ll doOwn Swiss‑style CNC lathe setups for small, intricate parts

Choose/install guide bushings, collets, and application‑specific tooling

Load programs, set/verify tool offsets, and refine paths for top‑tier accuracy

Produce and inspect first articles to ±0.0002"Monitor tool wear and apply micro‑adjustments to keep runs in spec Operate bar feeders and sustain high‑volume production

Troubleshoot chatter, deflection, and tool failure

Keep machines maintained and ready for the next jobHow you’ll succeed2–5+ years of Swiss machining experience

Expertise with tight‑tolerance, small‑diameter work Experience on Tsugami or other Swiss platforms

Ability to read prints and apply GD&THands‑on skill with micrometers, optical comparators, and precision gauges

Comfort with bar feeders and high‑volume processes

Material savvy—titanium, stainless, medical alloys (preferred)
Detail‑focused and consistent execution
