Inclusion Lead; SENDCo

This is a unique and exciting role which will require the post holder to:

• Lead inclusion across the school, including SEND, Pupil Premium, EAL, and vulnerable pupils
• Act as the designated SENCo, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met
• Drive high-quality adaptive teaching and supporting curriculum design
• Help raise achievement and removing barriers for pupils
• Lead and develop staff, including Teaching Assistants
• Work closely with families, external agencies, and the wider Trust

• A welcoming, values-driven Catholic school community
• An ambitious yet caring leadership team
• Supportive Trust network (Little Way Catholic Educational Trust)
• Significant leadership time to focus on impact
• Significant opportunities for professional growth and development

• Has a passion for inclusion
• Is ardent in their belief that every child can and should flourish
• Is an excellent teacher and leader
• Has or is willing to gain the SENCo qualification
• Can inspire and coach colleagues
• Builds strong relationships
• Is highly organised and reflective
