Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with children in reception in a vibrant primary school in Gloucester.

As a Higher-Level Teaching Partner, you will:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum.
Support teaching and learning in classrooms, including whole-class cover.
Work collaboratively with teachers to raise attainment and progress.
Provide targeted intervention and support for individuals and small groups.
Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and enrichment activities.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience).
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to supporting pupils' learning.
Is confident in leading learning independently.
