Due to increased headcount and team expansion into 2026, we are now recruiting for NDT Technicians to join our MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) site in Gloucester. You'll work with the latest equipment and gain valuable experience in aircraft production. You'll have opportunities to learn and progress, with investment being made on site it's an exciting time to join our growing local team!

• NDT inspections of aircraft components to CMM and company/customer specifications.
• NDT report writing and producing.
• Applying and developing NDT techniques.
• Conducting shift, daily, weekly and monthly control checks.
• Creating NDT techniques as and when required.

• EN4179 level 2 ideally in MPI, FPI & AEI Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent, ideally gained in the aerospace sector.
• Proven working experience within NDT.
• Experience in reading drawings and specifications.
• Ability to use a range of measuring equipment.
• Good computer skills.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as self‑managing and reliable.
• Flexibility and a “can‑do” approach.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and experience of COSH and safe use of chemicals.
