Role Overview & Expectations:
- Provide support for payroll testing, including data validation and issue resolution during parallel testing
- Contribute to the development of SOPs, training materials, and operational readiness documentation
- Offer guidance on payroll best practices to help prepare the team for go-live
- Build strong working relationships with the existing team to lead indirectly and support execution without direct authority
Requirements:
-Deep functional payroll expertise
-Payroll leadership experience, particularly supporting a team through a Workday go-live transition
-Strong Workday implementation experience
Preferences:
-Workday Payroll Certification
