* You will be the Sr  Process Quality Engineer - Manufacturing for the Missiles & Fire Control  MFC  - Santa Barbara Focal plane Team  Our team is responsible for driving the highest standards of product quality across all manufacturing processes

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Sr  Process Quality Engineer - Manufacturing you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems that ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of our missile and fire‑control hardware

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Develop & Execute Quality Plans - Create comprehensive quality control plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new and existing products

+ Process Audits & Inspections - Perform internal audits, line walkthroughs, and real‑time inspections to verify conformance to specifications and standards

+ Data Analysis & Trending - Collect, analyze, and visualize quality data to uncover trends and prioritize improvement opportunities

+ Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner with design engineers, manufacturing supervisors, test teams, and program managers to resolve non‑conformances

+ Continuous Improvement Leadership - Lead root‑cause investigations, develop corrective actions, and track effectiveness through metrics such as PFMEA and SPC

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field  advanced degree a plus  with 5  years of experience in process or manufacturing or quality engineering, preferably in aerospace or defense

Proficiency with statistical analysis tools  Minitab, JMP, Python, etc   and quality methodologies  Six‑Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC   or equivalent combined education and experience

 Strong problem‑solving ability and experience leading root‑cause investigations

Familiarity with aerospace standards and documentation requirements
