Epitaxy Engineer

Position: Staff Epitaxy Engineer
The Staff Epitaxy Engineer will work closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams to devise and execute epitaxy manufacturing plans, operate CVD equipment, perform wafer characterization, and document results. Responsibilities include preparing and loading semiconductor wafers; operating epitaxy equipment; checking system status; safety monitoring; and operating materials characterization equipment. Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree (advanced degree in engineering or science preferred), 3+ years of experience with CVD equipment or semiconductor fabrication;

the ability to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety requirements, the ability to work in a highly motivated team, excellent organizational skills, and excellent time management skills.
