The RoleThe Sr. Operations Analyst plays a key role within the Digital & Data organization, responsible for driving the execution of digital and data initiatives that shape how the business operates, scales, and transforms. This role connects vision to delivery – owning the strategic rhythm of Digital & Data through end‑to‑end program management, operational design, and executive communication.
Responsibilities- Translate enterprise strategic priorities into actionable Digital & Data initiatives, focusing on emerging technologies.
- Partner cross‑functionally to shape programs and deliver outcomes, including AI adoption, data platform evolution, and process modernization.
- Track and report on KPIs that demonstrate progress, impact, and alignment with business goals.
- Drive initiatives involving emerging technologies (e.g., AI automation, data platforms), managing progress, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively surfacing risks, dependencies, and acceleration opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to advance digital maturity through process reengineering, workflow optimization, and scalable tooling.
- Own and orchestrate the operational cadence of the Digital & Data organization, including leadership forums, quarterly planning, and milestone reviews.
- Lead planning and community cycles, ensuring alignment with enterprise milestones and stakeholder needs.
- Develop high‑impact communications for executive audiences, including QBRs, strategic planning sessions, and transformation updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or cross‑functional business roles, preferably within a technology, digital, or data‑driven environment.
- Proven track record of coordinating and executing large‑scale events (e.g., town halls, team offsites), including logistics, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in coordinating events, managing schedules, and maintaining structured workflows.
- Strong written and verbal skills, with experience creating executive‑level content and presentations.
- Proficient in managing complex initiatives and ensuring strategic alignment.
