OR Nurse, OR Manager, OR Charge | Goodyear, AZ
200 bed hospital with a busy OR supporting ortho, vascular, stroke, women’s health, robotics, and OB. Steady mix of scheduled and emergent cases.
The OR Director has been there 15 years and works alongside the team. Charge nurses are given autonomy to lead the department.
Open roles- OR Manager
- OR Charge RN (days)
- Staff RNs, day and night
- 3x12s - will consider some flexibility
- Call required, usually 2 to 3 shifts per week
- Competitive pay based on experience
- $10,000 sign on bonus
- Relocation considered case by case
- 2+ years acute care OR experience
- Multi service or trauma experience preferred
- Charge experience preferred for leadership roles
