Job Title – Technical Support Associate

Role Outline
Successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Voice, Chat and  support to its Customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Voice Support &  technical Support to ensure closure as per ITIL Incident Management process.
• Follow-up/ update ticket for every call to ensure timely closure.
• Call ownership, drive to resolution and communication with customer.
• Perform Life Cycle of Incident Management Process, starting with Incident Logging to Call Closure and customer satisfaction survey.
• Telephonic support to End Users
• Using the knowledge base to resolve L1 issues quickly.
• Troubleshooting on all types of issues with the help of knowledge base articles

Experience – Desirable
• Freshers with good technical skills/knowledge .
• Experience on Desktop support, application support
• Exposure on ITSM ticketing tools
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework.
Position Requirements
High School
Skills and Knowledge - Essential
• Tech savvy
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Required Language Skills:
  • Swedish - Good
