Overview
Texas Oncology Granbury is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team! This full-time position is located at 1310B Paluxy Rd, Suite 2000, Granbury, TX 76048. This position supports the Medical Oncology team.

ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities include:
- Direct care and management in outpatient, inpatient, or surgical settings, including documentation, patient and family education, order and review of diagnostic studies, prescription of medications, symptom management, counseling, support, collaboration with and referrals to other health care providers, and education to staff, students, and the community.
- Interdependent practice with collaborative physicians and team.
- Proficient use of Electronic Health Records in the delivery of care. Complete documentation per Texas Oncology policy and guidelines.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the organization and the local medical community.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
- Participate in tumor board, institutional trainings, and meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for the Advanced Practice Provider position will have the following background and experience:
Nurse PractitionerMasters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.
Level 1 is entry‑level and typically requires a minimum of 0‑3 years of experience.
Level 2 requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Level Sr requires 6 years of experience.
RN state licensure and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in a practicing state. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner. Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
Physician AssistantSuccessful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current NCCPA certification.
Level 1 is entry‑level and typically requires 0‑3 years of experience.
Level 2 requires 3 years of experience.
Level Sr requires 6 years of experience.
Current state license as a Physician Assistant in a practicing state. Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
Clinical Nurse SpecialistMasters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Clinical Nurse Specialist program.
Level 1 is entry‑level and typically requires a minimum of 0‑3 years of experience.
Level 2 requires 3 years of experience.
Level Sr requires 6 years of experience.
RN state licensure and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in a practicing state. Current state licensure as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
