Skills Needed: Education, Experience and Skills Required:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3-5 years minimum of applicable experience in a purchasing environment with an MRP/ERP system and understanding of Production Scheduling.  
• Lean Manufacturing experience highly desired.
• Experience in a Thermoforming Manufacturing environment and with applicable Resins knowledge preferred but not required.
• APICS Certification and or Purchasing Certification a plus as well as basic knowledge of Lean Principles.
• Microsoft Office products and Outlook computer skills.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, contract management skills.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and planning abilities.
• Sound critical thinking, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
