Primary responsibility is to ensure that high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained by the Front End personnel and assists the department as needed. Responsible for the overall operation of a store’s front end, including parking lot, entrance, vendor areas, check-out, booth. Supervises the Front End Staff (cashiers, sackers, go-backs and maintenance). Responsible for store operation when store manager and assistant manager are not available.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Prior customer service experience Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the

The employee frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, and occasionally lift, pull or pull. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Schedule Requirements-Must be able to close store 4-5 nights.
