What do Cargo Service Agents do? - Responsible for arranging the transportation of goods by air, import/export, shipments, including document processing, overseeing paperwork, research, manifests, weight/cargo, liaising with airlines, customs agents and other relevant parties, ensuring that goods are delivered on time, providing excellent customer service and assisting customers as needed.
