Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Air duct equipment maker

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1st – Mon–Fri 8am to 5pm (w/ an hour lunch)

Stride Staffing has partnered with a maker of air duct cleaning equipment and together we are looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative. This position will require that you have experience in a similar role and are able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. This is a resume driven position and will also require that you interview with our client.

• Assisting customers over the phone with placing orders, including warranty orders
• Providing general customer support and assistance
• Accurately entering detailed notes into computer system
• Preparing and handling necessary paperwork for orders and repairs
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of equipment and parts to better assist customers

We are looking for someone who is self‑sufficient, able to manage their daily tasks independently. Ideal candidates will also have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Previous experience with order entry, CRM systems, or technical products would be a plus.
