IT’SUGAR is looking for a dynamic Retail Keyholder.

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and uphold visual standards.
• Operate POS/register to properly cash out customers.
• Support sales goals by suggesting items and explaining benefits, features, price, quality, and value.
• Maintain cash handling records.
• Handle opening/closing procedures.
• Merchandise displays to visual guidelines.
• Assist in setup for events and promotions.
• Communicate loss prevention issues with Store Manager.
• Perform maintenance tasks (sales floor, backroom, restroom, cleaning, mopping).
• Represent core values:

• Show enthusiasm and cheerfulness while collaborating with team.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 6 months experience in a similar retail role (preferred).
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use a POS/cash register.
• Physical ability: stand, walk, reach, lift up to 25 lbs independently, lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Capability to work alone or with minimal supervision.
