• Provide customers with an amazing experience by assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
• Set up a well‑presented shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions while keeping the stockroom organized.
• Deliver fast, friendly, efficient service at the till, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries; price products and ensure high standards are met.

• Honest and a strong communicator who listens, shares ideas, and engages as needed.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
