Job Overview

Domino's Pizza seeks dedicated team members to serve customers and support store operations. All employees contribute to the customer experience and the success of the store.

• Operate all equipment used in the store.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product for customers.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform rapid, accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash or performing outdoor tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in hot work areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes.
• Work in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing for most tasks.
• Walking short distances for short durations.
• Standing on varied surfaces such as ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum.
• Sitting to complete paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs; cases up to 3' x 1.5'.
• Carrying: large cans (~3 lbs), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs per tray).
• Pushing: trays on dollies up to 7.5 lbs of force.
• Pushing or pulling additional trays as needed.
• Climbing: infrequently navigating stairs or ladders.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist for assembly, front counter, and stocking.
• Crouching/Squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: above 72" sometimes; forward, down, and up to access tools and supplies.
• Hand tasks: frequent use of forearms, wrists; shaping dough; manipulating pizza peel and cutter; pinching in box assembly.
• Using equipment such as pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza tools.
