A growing software company in the fitness space is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance & Operations team. This is a high-impact role supporting financial planning, strategy, and business operations, with direct exposure to leadership.
This is a broad scope position that goes beyond traditional FP&A. You’ll work across finance, operations, and strategy while partnering closely with leadership on key business initiatives. The role offers strong visibility and a clear path for growth into a Finance & Strategy Manager position.
Responsibilities- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
- Analyze revenue, pricing, retention, and monetization to support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on projects such as new product launches and business expansion efforts.
- Support People Operations processes including compensation benchmarking and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with external accounting and tax partners to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Maintain and improve internal systems and tools such as Carta, Justworks, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and other teams to drive execution and performance.
- 2–4 years of hands-on FP&A or strategic finance experience within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Direct experience working with core SaaS metrics including ARR, LTV, CAC, churn, retention, and cohort analysis
- Proven experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes in a high-growth environment
- Advanced Excel skills with a track record of building complex financial models tied to revenue and growth drivers
- Experience partnering with product, growth, or leadership teams to influence business decisions, not just reporting
- Strong understanding of revenue modeling, pricing strategy, and monetization frameworks
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance.
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or high-growth companies preferred
- Understanding of key SaaS metrics such as ARR, LTV, CAC, and churn is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, Carta, Deel, or Justworks is a plus.
