Scheduling:Will be expected to work between the core business hours of Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm, additional hours beyond the core hours will be necessary based on business needs. Manager salary is based off a 50-hour work week. Store managers will also be on call 24/7 and cover any voids in shifts impacting overall customer service.


The Store Manager will contribute to the success of the organization by overseeing all operations of convenience store and support the corporate initiatives related to building the Grand Central Station brand.

Essential Functions

Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. Solicit customer feedback and react to information to create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all customers.
Manage all matters relating to employees – interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, employee engagement and performance management
Plan and prepare work schedules within given budgets and coordinate daily assignments to meet the needs of the business
Responsible for completion of daily store paperwork, ATM, safe, and cashier audits
Analyze results and trends of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports and prepare action plans to leverage the store’s strengths and address opportunities for improvement
Accountable for all store ordering, invoicing, and management of inventory
Responsible for merchandising store to optimize space as well as ensuring all store planograms and store merchandise is up to date
Conduct monthly critical department inventories and manage issues within those departments as they arise
If applicable, have a complete working knowledge of food service operations and monitor effectively to achieve sales goals
Maintain a working knowledge of car wash operations and functions and be able to troubleshoot and recognize problems
Have a working knowledge of all pump functions, conduct weekly inspections, necessary Shell POP and marketing is in place, and maintain pumps to cleanliness standards
Ensure the planning and execution of established safety, security, and quality operations and procedures
Ensure compliance with corporate training programs and initiatives and company policies
Position Requirements
High School
2+ Years of Management Experience
Requires a Valid Drivers License
