Pay or Shift Range

$70,000 USD to $75,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job related reasons.

Salary Range: 36 hours per week every other weekend, evening supervisor with every other weekend.

• RN/LPN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations &guidelines governing long-term care.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization.
• Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
• Conducts assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
• Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors.
• Communicate effectively will all disciplines.
• Keep DON informed of information of any changes in resident condition.
• Charts all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures.
• All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus mission, vision, and core values.

Education:

Associates or better in Nursing or related field. Bachelors or better in Nursing or related field.

Experience:

Preferred.

Required:

REGISTERED NURSE.
