Practicon, a dental supply retailer, needs an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for a sales person that has experience in converting prospective buyers into regular purchasing customers. Someone who is experienced in finding the decision maker and collecting the best information on the first call.
- Find new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up through customer calls and emails
- Research accounts, identify key buyers and decision makers and collect information on buying habits and preferred communication methods. Get the best information the first call.
- Maintain and expand database of prospective customers to join membership program
- Build and manage new business through new members enrolled in membership program. Familiarize customers with membership benefits and increase business through relationship building
- Proven inside sales and customer service experience
- Previous experience with goal/quota based work and proven achievement of goals/quotas
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent and efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
