Job SummaryBlack & Veatch is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide project management support including project execution and pursuit development for water utilities and state and local government projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers from project development through project completion.

- Assist with preparing staffing plans for project pursuits and existing projects
- Prepare updates to client relationship management tools
- Support project execution tasks
- Assist with development of scopes of services and fees
- Assist with developing project management plans
- Assist with review and submittal of project invoices
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Provide subconsultant management support
Individual Contributor
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Prefer 5+ years professional experience as a project coordinator or similar role
- Previous consulting or water utility experience
- Experience with critical infrastructure projects and/or experience with entities who provide or are involved with critical infrastructure projects.
