Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a 2-year-old child in Greenwich, CT.

This low-acuity pediatric case involves tracheostomy care and skilled nursing support for a child who is making incredible progress following successful brain surgery. The child is reaching exciting developmental milestones, beginning to enjoy solid foods, and thriving with the support of a loving and highly involved family.

As an Affomed Pediatric RN, you will provide skilled nursing care in the home while focusing entirely on one child.

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute care preferred
• Tracheostomy experience
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
