Lead/float caregivers on critical shifts across branches (Gresham and PDXE) and train new caregivers;
Support clients with activities of daily living (household tasks, meals, bathing, dressing, grooming);
Provide companionship and assist with transportation to errands and appointments;
Monitor and report on client condition and assist with transfers as needed;
Maintain flexible availability (8am-6pm, M-F) and travel between assigned branches
