Wat ga je doen?
Als salarisadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de salarisadministratie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Verwerken en controleren van salarismutaties;
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van loonruns;
- Verzorgen van loonaangiftes en pensioenafdrachten;
- Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers over salaris en wet- en regelgeving;
- Signaleren van afwijkingen en optimaliseren van processen;
- Zorgdragen voor naleving van actuele wet- en regelgeving;
