We are looking for a Co-Op or Intern for the Fall/Winter 2026/2027. We have some flexibility, but the ideal candidate can start around/between August - September and stay until February or May. This is a Full Time
, Monday - Friday day shift role On-Site at our Groton facility.
We are seeking a motivated IT Co-op/Intern currently enrolled in a relevant academic program to join our team. This role is designed for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. No prior work experience is required—just a willingness to learn, problem-solve, and contribute.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Provide basic technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network-related issues)
- Assist with setting up and configuring computers, user accounts, and equipment
- Support IT team with system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
- Help document processes, procedures, and solutions for common issues
- Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain data accuracy and assist with system audits as needed
- Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take initiative
- Exposure to networking, hardware troubleshooting, or scripting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems or help desk tools
- Hands-on experience in a real-world IT environment
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals
