As a Gauge Technician, you will manage gauge calibration and maintenance while ensuring all processes align with established industry standards. Collaborate with Quality Engineers to evaluate and improve measurement systems, leading to enhanced operational efficiency. Take on a pivotal role in training and supporting your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calibrate and maintain all company gauges
• Track calibration history and inventory accurately
• Assure compliance with various measurement standards
• Conduct training on the proper use of gauges
• Manage MSA and GR&R studies effectively
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Gauge Metrology or Calibration required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in GD&T and Blueprint Reading
• Understanding of AIAG core tools and MSA methods
Leverage your technical skills to ensure compliance and quality in gauging processes, contributing to a high-performance work environment.
