I am partnering with a large corporate business seeking a proactive and confident Financial Accountant to join their financial close team on an interim basis.
This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and add immediate value.
Key responsibilities:- Support month‑end close, including clearing existing backlog
- Review and improve end‑to‑end finance processes (many currently manual)
- Implement practical efficiency and control improvements
- Work confidently with Excel (advanced level required)
- Operate independently within a fast‑paced environment
- Hands‑on and delivery‑focused
- Experienced in financial close environments
- Able to quickly understand and improve processes
- Confident working under pressure with minimal supervision
