Global Mobility Tax Assistant | Guildford | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Benefits

You’ll support the delivery of global mobility and expatriate tax services, working with a diverse portfolio of clients and assisting with the coordination of cross-border tax compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing UK and overseas tax returns for internationally mobile employees
• Supporting tax equalisation calculations and compensation reviews
• Assisting with compliance processes for inbound and outbound assignees
• Liaising with clients, HMRC, and overseas advisors
• Helping to manage deadlines and ensure accurate, timely delivery of work

You’ll be working within a specialist tax team within a large and established organisation, supporting a diverse portfolio of private clients and gaining exposure to high-quality personal tax work.

• Some experience in tax, accountancy, or global mobility (study or practice experience considered)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Good communication skills and confidence working with clients
• Interest in international tax and cross-border work
• Part-qualified or keen to study further (ATT/ACA/CTA support may be available)
