Lead Consultant _ TLM

We are seeking a Lead Consultant for Traffic & Revenue Forecasting to assess, develop and review traffic demand and toll revenue forecasts for greenfield and brownfield transport infrastructure projects, including those with closed tolling systems.
The role requires advanced Excel proficiency for building and auditing forecasting models, analyzing traffic counts and toll data, and conducting scenario, impact and sensitivity analyses. Responsibilities include preparing  reports and presentations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting client engagements across bid processes, due diligence, and operational reviews.
Candidate should have 6+ years of relevant experience, a background in transport planning, engineering, economics, or related fields, and strong quantitative and communication skills.
Experience in traffic and revenue analysis, data science, and network modelling is preferred, and the position values attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
