About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Merchandiser for its garment and wool segment to manage product development, sourcing, buyer coordination, and order execution.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in textile/garment merchandising, especially in wool or export-oriented products.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end merchandising operations for garment and wool products.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
Manage product sourcing, costing, sampling, and order execution.
Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain product quality standards and compliance.
Develop vendor relationships for raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare merchandising reports, costing sheets, and inventory updates.
Stay updated on market trends, fashion insights, and export opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Management, Business, or related field.
2–6 years of merchandising experience in garment, textile, wool, or export business.
Strong knowledge of garment production processes.
Experience in buyer handling and vendor coordination.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and merchandising software/tools.
Strong understanding of product development and quality control.

Preferred Candidate
Prior experience in wool, garment exports, or textile merchandising.
Knowledge of international trade/export processes is a plus.
Strong commercial awareness and trend understanding.
