Senior Building Surveyor

Senior Building Surveyor London based with required visits to sites nationwide. £75,000 - £95,000 Permanent We're working with a growing construction and project delivery business that operates across a diverse portfolio of high-end residential, commercial, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyo to support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects including high-end residential developments, residential regeneration and distressed asset schemes, commercial construction projects, office fit-outs, and infrastructure and welfare facilities. With a strong pipeline of secured work across London and the South East, this role offers excellent exposure to a varied mix of residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion.

The Role Delivering a range of residential and commercial refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects. Undertaking project management and contract administration duties. Preparing specifications, scopes of works and tender documentation. Managing contractors, consultants and project stakeholders. Monitoring project programmes, quality and delivery. Carrying out site inspections and ensuring works are completed to the required standard. Supporting clients through all stages of the project lifecycle About You ?

Experience as a Senior Building Surveyor. ? Strong project delivery experience across refurbishment, fit-out or construction projects. ? Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. ? HNC/HND qualified (professional accreditation essential). ? Background within residential, commercial & mixed-use developments. ? Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills. What's on Offer? Strong pipeline of secured projects.
