Job Title: Seasonal Guest Services Agent

Department: Guest Services

Reports to: Guest Services Manager

Seasonal Guest Service Agents are responsible for the daily operations of guest services while always providing exceptional guest service standards and assisting all fulfillment locations as needed. This is a seasonal role with full time hours.

How I can Create Guests for Life
  • Smile!
  • Assist guests with purchasing tickets, activities, season passes and waivers, employee ids, Fireside Lockers, event tickets, and lost and found.
  • Process guests' payments using cash, credit, gift cards, coupons, vouchers, etc.
  • Provide guests with accurate information and direction about Camelback Resort
  • Help with guest service issues and resolving problems and concerns and processing refunds if required.

  • Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage cash drawers accurately.
  • Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of guests.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts (typically 8+ hours) to respond quickly to guest needs and support operational flow.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 15lbs
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions as required.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise and busy environments.
