Take the lead as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) expert in Halifax, Nova Scotia, focusing on transformative projects in the Power Utilities sector. This hybrid/onsite contract role involves driving stakeholder engagement and adopting new operational models.
We are actively seeking an experienced OCM Lead with a strong background in the Power Utilities industry. Your expertise in organizational readiness and workforce transition will be pivotal in managing large-scale transformation programs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the implementation of new systems, processes, and governance structures, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the OCM strategy and roadmap
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and organizational impact assessments
• Manage change management plans, communication strategies, and adoption programs
• Lead organizational readiness assessments and monitor readiness
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and support governance forums
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with large-scale OCM initiatives
• Proven track record in developing enterprise-wide OCM strategies
• Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with stakeholder impact analysis and user adoption
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
