Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scheduling and manage subcontractors in the office

• Oversee purchasing of project materials and expedite deliveries

• Execute detailed construction tasks as per contract

• Maintain client relations with regular progress updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Construction Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (preferred)

• Knowledge of residential building codes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Strong organizational and communication skills
